As VP of Operations & Finance at a Washington, DC real estate firm, I built the systems that helped scale it into one of the fastest growing companies in the country, including launching two nationally recognized Keller Williams franchises.

Since then I've co-founded a short-term rental startup, led operations for commercial real estate and SaaS companies, and built executive Power BI dashboards that changed how leadership teams make decisions. I've integrated AI tools into day-to-day workflows since before it became a talking point.
